Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic chopped
  • ½ teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon MIld curry powder
  • ½ teaspoon Chilli powder
  • 100 ml Tomato puree
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 3 cups Vegetable stock
  • 1 cup Pasta
  • 125 g Frozen prawns
  • 1 cup Mushroom sliced
  • 10 strings Green beans sliced
  • 1 Carrots chopped

Instructions
 

  • Heat the oil in a saucepan under low heat.
  • Cook the onions in the oil until soft and translucent.
  • Add the garlic, smoked paprika, chilli and curry powder. Stir continuously for 30 secs.
  • Pour in the oregano, tomato puree and vegetable stock. Allow to boil, then pour in the pasta and the prawns.
  • Cover the pan and allow to cook for 5 mins then add the mushrooms, green beans and carrots. 
  • Cover the pan again and allow to cook until the recommended cooking time for the pasta.
  • Remove the pan from heat.

Notes

You can use other types of vegetables for this recipe, depending what you have available.
