Instructions
Heat the oil in a saucepan under low heat.
Cook the onions in the oil until soft and translucent.
Add the garlic, smoked paprika, chilli and curry powder. Stir continuously for 30 secs.
Pour in the oregano, tomato puree and vegetable stock. Allow to boil, then pour in the pasta and the prawns.
Cover the pan and allow to cook for 5 mins then add the mushrooms, green beans and carrots.
Cover the pan again and allow to cook until the recommended cooking time for the pasta.
Remove the pan from heat.
Notes
You can use other types of vegetables for this recipe, depending what you have available.
