Air Fryer Boli (Roasted Plantain) Recipe
Easy peasy air fryer Boli recipe
Peel the plantain by cutting the two ends off. Make a cut into the skin lengthwise and pull the skin apart with your fingers to remove.
Set the air fryer to 200°C for 15 mins. Place the plantain on the tray and close.
Turn over the plantain after 10 mins, and leave for further 5 mins.
Remove and serve
