Green Plantain Porridge With Seafood

- 2 Green plantain medium-sized
- 3 tablespoons Red Palm oil
- 1 Onion or 1 cup chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Ginger powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 2 tablespoons Ground crayfish
- 1 cup Pepper mix
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup Mixed seafood
- 6 leaves Kale
Peel the plantain and cut into smaller pieces.
Chop the onion. Finely chop the garlic.
Heat the palm oil in a pan until it melts. Do not allow to bleach.
Add the onions. Allow to cook for around 5 mins.
Pour in the garlic, onion powder, ginger powder, ground crayfish and the blended pepper mixture with some salt. Add 2 cups of water and cover the pan.
Allow to cook for 15 mins.
Wash the kale. Remove the thick stalk in the middle and slice thinly.
Mix in the kale and the seafood. Reduce the heat and allow to cook for further 5 mins. Remove from heat
