Chimichurri Sauce

Make this sauce in advance, and add to your grilled vegetables and salads. It is very easy to make, and the taste is out of this world.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 cup Chopped parsley
  • 1 cup Fresh coriander
  • 1 Chilli pepper small, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 Lime juiced
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Transfer all the ingredients into a food processor and push the button.
  • Stop the food processor when the ingredients appear finely chopped.
  • Pour the mixture into a bowl, and allow to rest for 10 mins before use.

Notes

This sauce can be prepared ahead and stored in the refrigerator for up to 48 hours.
