Cook the onions in the oil until soft and translucent.
Add the garlic, smoked paprika, ground coriander and chilli flakes. Cook for 30 secs while stirring continuously.
Pour in the chopped tomatoes and chickpeas. Add some salt to taste.
Allow to cook for around 10 mins.
Use a spoon to make 3 wells in the pan and break one eggs directly into each well, respectively.
Reduce the heat and cover the pan.
Allow the eggs to cook to your liking and serve with bread.
